* Get newspapers.
* Cut them of the page sizes, 8 X 12.
* Get a shoe box of paper.
* Make holes in them.
* Add sticks in them
* Roll papers on them
* Stick the papers with gum.
* Make a longer roll of paper in this way.
* Now add a transparent sheet on it.
* Now when you rotate the lower stick, you will see the news moving down and by rotating upper stick news will move up.
* In this way others will see it like a TV News Scroll.
